An introduction to LEGO® Serious Play®

Join Make Happy for a practical, hands-on introduction to LEGO® Serious Play® at The Union Club in Soho. This 45-minute taster is for leaders, founders, HR and L&D professionals, team leads, facilitators and anyone curious about how LEGO Serious Play (LSP) can help groups think, talk and work better together. Rather than listening to a presentation, you’ll build, share and experience the method directly. LSP is a facilitated approach that helps people make their thinking visible. It can be especially useful when teams need to explore complex challenges, surface different perspectives, strengthen alignment, improve communication or just move beyond the usual meeting dynamics. The Union Club feels like a fitting place to try it: a creative Soho space with character, conversation and ideas at its heart. LSP brings that same energy into a structured workshop method, helping people build, share and make sense of ideas together. No previous experience is needed. Just come ready to take part. Coffee and tea will be available from 8.30 am. The session starts at 9 am and will run for 45 minutes. Places are limited, so please reserve your place in advance.
