atis moves x Ten Health: Run Together Join us for the first in our atis moves x Ten Health event series in support of men's mental health. We're kicking things off with a 5km run led by Ten's physiotherapy team, followed by complimentary VALD assessments, free atis bowls and a chance to connect with fellow runners. Meet at atis Battersea on Tuesday 3 November at 6:30pm, ready to run. We'll be back at 7:15pm for food, physio insights and time to mingle until 8pm. Arrive in your running kit with a filled water bottle. Spaces are limited — grab yours now. What is a VALD assessment? Using advanced VALD technology, Ten's physiotherapists will carry out quick strength and performance screenings to help identify potential muscle imbalances and offer personalised insights into how your body moves. Meet the physios Eamon Originally from Australia, Eamon specialises in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, with a particular interest in running-related injuries and return-to-sport rehabilitation. Veronica With a background in the NHS, Veronica specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and takes a holistic approach to recovery, with a particular interest in the connection between physical and mental wellbeing. Mini VALD assessments are subject to availability and are screening tools, not full physiotherapy assessments or definitive predictors of injury. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
