Expect a high energy full body conditioning workout built around strength, endurance, teamwork and competition. The session will feature a mixture of solo and partner exercises, structured training blocks and a group finisher designed to test you from beginning to end. The workout may be scary, but you will not be facing it alone. The GWG community will be there to push, support and motivate you through every challenge.
