This isn’t just a fitness class - it’s a moment to reset your week, lift your spirit, and move in an environment grounded in faith. Led by an expert instructor, this 45-minute indoor spin session is set entirely to uplifting gospel and worship tracks - think praise music that motivates you to keep going and reminds you of God’s presence in every pedal. Whether you're brand new to spin or a regular rider, the class is open to all fitness levels, with no pressure and no judgment. After the session, you’ll also have access to the sauna (located in both the men’s and women’s changing rooms), offering a chance to unwind and relax post-workout. What to expect: • A 45-minute instructor-led spin class • A powerful playlist of gospel, worship and praise music • Access to the sauna after class (please bring swimwear if you would like to use the sauna) • A welcoming, inclusive space – all fitness levels welcome Please note: Filming and photography will take place at this event.
