Yin Yoga & Reiki: An Autumn Equinox Workshop

Mark the Autumn equinox with Yin Yoga, Reiki & journalling. A slow, safe space to soften, reflect and let go. 2 hours, limited to 15 spaces. Join us for this 2-hour workshop blending journalling, gentle breathwork, Yin Yoga and Reiki. The Autumn equinox marks a moment of balance — day and night in equal measure, Yang energy giving way to Yin. As we're leaving behind Summer (Yang) marked by the heat, long days flooded with light and into Autumn (Yin), moving towards shorter, colder days... This workshop is a chance to pause with intention, before the year tips further into stillness. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to help settle the mind, and guided journalling prompts to give you space to reflect on the season behind you and set an intention for the one ahead. Then, we'll enter a slow, floor-based Yin practice, holding postures for several minutes to soften the body and quiet the nervous system. You'll have the option to receive hands-on or hands-off Reiki during your Yin practice— offered in a safe, supported space, so you can simply rest and receive, dropping a layer deeper into your experience. The workshop will close with a sharing circle, a moment to connect with others over light snacks and an opportunity to pull an oracle card. Expect to leave feeling grounded, relaxed, nourished (and perhaps even a little floaty!), ready to step into Autumn with clarity and ease. All levels welcome. Agenda and exact timings may be subject to small changes on the day. If you cancel more than 7 days before the event, you're welcome to a full refund or credit toward a future workshop. If the workshop is cancelled by the organiser, all tickets will be fully refunded.
