Guided by Anita, Sabio and Emilia, this event provides a space to reconnect with your body, release stress and restore balance from within Noon - 1pm: Somatic Movement: Taught by Anita Makwana Introduction, Meditation, Somatic free dance work and gentle movements to release trauma and blockages held in the body and mind. Stretches for release. 1.15-3.15pm- Voice Activation, Laughter Yoga, Sound Bath. Taught by Sabio Janiak A unique creative psycho sensory transformative experience that creates mental, physical and emotional balance. Sabio will lead voice activation, laughter yoga and a restorative sound bath experience, creating space for emotional release, joy and energetic balance. Incorporates psycho sensory techniques, neuroscience, live improvised music, breath-work, vagus nerve activation, laughter yoga and integrative and relaxing sound bath. The combination of these elements helps regulate our nervous system and restore us to our natural state of harmony, something we all long for deep inside.
