When we connect to this energy, we unlock the potential to truly flourish and thrive. Family Constellations is a profound healing modality that helps us tap into this incredible life force energy. It clears blockages and untangles the stuckness in our family lines, freeing us to live in alignment with our authentic purpose. Through this work, we come home to ourselves, reconnecting with those who came before us in deeply embodied and transformative ways. With their support, we embrace the flow of life, and step into the fullness of who we are meant to be. What to Expect at this Family Constellation Afternoon Workshop This afternoon session offer a unique opportunity to connect with your benevolent ancestors, tapping into their support and healing. Through a pair exercise, you will begin to build a tangible sense of connection to this powerful supportive ancestral energy. You'll also have the opportuntiy to take part in a whole group constellation, where ancestral healing unfolds for everyone involved. For this constellation an issue holder will be randomly selected from those who wish to volunteer, and other participants will take on roles as Representatives—standing in for family members or holding space as witnesses to the work. The constellation creates space for profound healing and transformation, for all present. Whether issue holder, representative or witness deep insights and shifts emerge. Throughout the session, the facilitator ensures that everyone feels safe, supported, and comfortable as they engage in this transformative work. No previous experience is necessary, the process is very simple and will be fully explained on the day. The doors will be closed after 2.05am so please arrive on time. Access to the building is via the community centre door to the left of the cafe. Buzz for the TOP ROOM.
