Join us for a Full Moon Sound Meditation as we move into the Autumn Equinox 🍂🌕 A peaceful Saturday morning to pause, slow down and welcome the changing season. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and meditation before settling into the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls. ✨ Saturday 26th September 10.30–11.30am St Oswald’s Church Hall, North Cheam £20 · Mats and blankets provided · All experience levels welcome.
