Join us for an evening of discovery as Indian drinks emporium, Maharaja Drinks, hosts a unique Indian Wine Night at Cinnamon Bazaar... Guests will be guided through the evening by acclaimed wine communicator and Guardian journalist Sophia Longhi Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of six wines from leading Indian producers, with canapés served throughout the event. The lineup brings together Grover Zampa, Fratelli Wines from Akluj, boutique Nashik producer Myne Wines, Charosa Vineyards and Reveilo. The tasting will begin with Grover Zampa Soirée Brut, an elegant traditional-method sparkling wine. This will be followed by two distinctive whites: Fratelli M/S White, a fresh blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, and the aromatic Myne Chenin Muscat. The tasting will then move on to two richer reds, Myne Reserve Shiraz and the full-bodied Charosa Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, before concluding with Reveilo Late Harvest Chenin Blanc, a rich yet balanced dessert wine with notes of honey, dried fruit and almonds Maharaja Drinks is a UK-based Indian drinks emporium founded in 2023 by a group of friends led by Ipe and Adam Jacob, united by a mission to champion the very best of Indian drinks and bring them to a wider audience in the UK and beyond.
