Put your phone away and give your brain a rest. In this one-day workshop, artist Michelle Baharier guides you through meditating by drawing, using Tarot cards as a source of stories and archetypes, not for fortune telling. You look at what’s going on in your life from a different perspective, then draw it however you like: abstract, figurative, even a cartoon. The day includes a sound bowl, lively discussion, a gluten-free vegetarian lunch, tea and coffee all day, and a glass of Prosecco to finish. All materials are included and no experience is needed. Places are limited to 8 so everyone has a proper experience. Michelle Baharier is a Slade-trained artist who founded the award-winning arts and mental health charity CoolTan Arts and led it for over 25 years.
