Strength and mindfulness circle honouring the Autumn Equinox. Bodyweight strength session in Burgess Park, followed by a guided meditation around the fire pit in beautiful Glengall Wharf Garden. After the meditation we will have time for chats and drinks around the table. Strength - 6.30-7.15pm Ritual - 7.30-7.45pm Play - 7.45pm till late x
