When AI Meets the Real Enterprise An evening for people who are responsible for making large organisations work. Recombine is bringing together 30 COOs, Heads of Operations and Transformation leaders from some of the UK’s most visible companies for drinks, dinner-style nibbles and an informal conversation about what happens when AI leaves the demo and meets real operations. We are interested in the part that usually gets skipped in conference talks: what is already working, what looked promising but failed in production, where legacy systems and internal processes get in the way, and which use cases are starting to create meaningful value. The guest list is deliberately small and curated across different industries, so the point is not to sit next to 20 people doing exactly the same job as you. It is to meet peers running very different businesses, compare notes and leave with a few conversations you would genuinely like to continue. There will be no stage, presentations or sales decks. We will facilitate introductions throughout the evening, then mostly leave people to talk. Drinks and nibbles are on us.
