Sound Bath Meditation

Sound therapy is widely recognised as a powerful tool for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. Instruments such as Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gongs, and Crystal Bowls create frequencies that guide the mind into a deeply relaxed, altered state of consciousness. This state — known as the Alpha–Theta border — supports the body’s natural ability to self-heal, while also encouraging lucid dreams and profound spiritual experiences. Sound vibrations move through the body at a cellular level, helping to clear blockages and release stagnant energy. When combined with intentions, affirmations, or mantras, sound becomes a powerful catalyst for healing and transformation. A Sound Bath is a restorative experience in which participants lie comfortably while immersed in waves of sound. Sessions typically last 55 minutes, concluding with grounding techniques and an opportunity to share experiences and reflections. The workshop is facilitated by Marco , a Sound Therapist with more than a decade of experience, and offers a supportive, interactive environment for exploring the benefits of sound healing. The space is cozy, quiet, and warmly welcoming. For the session, we will have few yoga mats available, but I highly recommend bringing your own if you can. A light blanket and an eye mask are also encouraged—these small additions can help create a deeper and more powerful experience. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out at [email protected]
