Join us for a delicious Supper Session with Sophie Gastman (AKA @sophiethenutritionist), a registered nutritionist known for her fresh, flavour-led approach to cooking, where seasonal ingredients and feel-good food go hand in hand. Designed to round off the summer, this edition shifts the pace - centred around balance, thoughtful eating and clean, expressive flavours. Expect a menu rooted in simplicity, where quality ingredients and careful composition take the lead. Guests are welcomed with a drink on arrival before moving between rotating padel and a three-course supper served on court, settling into a natural rhythm between play and dining. Drinks pairings are designed to complement each course, bringing freshness, structure and cohesion to the menu.
