TEDxUniversityofGreenwich 2026

Get ready to dive into fresh ideas and inspiring talks at TEDxUniversityofGreenwich 2026! This event uses innovative LED virtual production technology in a studio space. Attendees will be part of this journey as they witness the integration of virtual environments that support the stories our speakers tell in real time. But this is about more than just spectacular visuals. We are building this space to understand how to reclaim human attention and use technology to counter the attention-hacking of our corrosive cyberspace. This is a grave challenge: how can we carve out deeply engaging spaces within this harsh digital expanse, so we can educate the next generation to navigate the future wisely rather than succumb to digital distraction? We want your help on this journey. As a live research event, your feedback through surveys and presence will directly shape the next generation of storytelling and educational spaces. We are grateful for your interest, and we look forward to building this space with you. - The TEDxUniversityofGreenwich Team Speaker Lineup The most important question an architect can ask Eric Wong, Architect and Senior Lecturer, University of Greenwich We can’t change systems we can’t see Sharon Weldon, Professor of Healthcare Simulation and Workforce Development, University of Greenwich Stories beyond the pixels: the future of filmmaking Florian Gallier, Creative Executive Producer, Engineer & Public Speaker The cat, the bin, and AI-powered services Nur Karadeniz, Industry Head of Experience Design Sounding the room, from capture to projection Emma Margetson, Acousmatic composer and sound artist, Senior Lecturer in Music and Sound, University of Greenwich What's in a Label?
