The 2026 WiHTL & DiR Inclusion Summit: Performance with Purpose

This unmissable day brings us together for inspiring stories, powerful conversations and practical insights that drive real progress. We’re excited to announce the return of our Inclusion Summit. Now in its fifth year! Join us on Tuesday 3rd November at the London Hilton on Park Lane as we explore this year’s powerful theme: Performance with Purpose: The Commercial Power of Inclusive Leadership This year’s Inclusion Summit theme of “Performance with Purpose” signals a decisive shift in how organisations across Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Retail understand leadership, value creation and long‑term success. For too long, purpose and performance have been treated as competing forces, as if leaders must choose between doing the right thing and delivering results. Yet all the evidence shows the opposite. In a high‑pressure environment shaped by talent shortages, shifting consumer expectations, investor scrutiny and constant disruption, the organisations that outperform are those that lead with clarity of purpose and discipline of execution. Every year, our sold-out Summit sparks new ideas, shares best practice and fuels meaningful change – and this year will be no different. Tickets are limited and will sell out, so make sure to secure your space early! Collaboration Community Member organisations will be allocated three complimentary tickets and have access to a discounted rate thereafter. Please check with your HR team before registering your place. We can't wait to welcome you for what will be a truly inspiring and thought-provoking day – one that will leave you brimming with ideas to take inclusion to the next level in your organisation. In the meantime, you can relive the highlights and hear what delegates thought of last year's Summit here. See you on 3rd November! The WiHTL & DiR Team
