The Art of Letting Go Sound Bath

Gentle Yoga Stretching & Immersive Sound Healing What if, for just two hours, you could put down everything you’ve been carrying? Between work, family and the constant demands of everyday life, we often forget to make space for ourselves. Inspired by autumn’s season of release and renewal, The Art of Letting Go is an invitation to slow down, release tension from your body and quieten the noise in your mind. Join Manuela and Mirela, co-founders of The Soul Alchemy, for an intimate, restorative afternoon. ✨ Gentle Yoga Stretching Ease into slow, comfortable movements that help you reconnect with your body. No experience or flexibility needed. Move at your own pace. ✨ Immersive Sound Bath Lie back and allow the sounds and vibrations of therapeutic instruments to surround you, creating space for deep relaxation and stillness. ✨ Reflection & Integration A gentle moment to reflect on what you're ready to release and what you'd like to welcome into your life. Feeling overwhelmed, navigating change or simply craving a little peace? This space is for you. Come alone or with someone you love. No pressure. No expectations. Just time and space for yourself. Come exactly as you are. ❤️
