Full Moon Cacao, Sound Bath & Breathwork Journey

A nourishing journey through cacao, crystal sound healing and breathwork, inviting you to rest, release, reconnect and return to yourself… There’s something beautiful about giving yourself permission to stop. On Sunday 25th October, Andrea and Katie are coming together to create a deeply nourishing afternoon of cacao, breathwork and crystal sound, held beneath the energy of the Full Moon. We’ll begin with cacao, taking time to arrive, connect and set an intention before moving into guided breathwork, creating space to release, reset and reconnect with yourself. From there, you’ll be invited to completely let go as Andrea takes you into the healing vibrations of her crystal sound bowls, allowing the body and nervous system to soften into deep rest. And with the Full Moon traditionally representing a time of release and reflection, it feels like the perfect moment to put down a little of what you’ve been carrying and create space for what comes next.
