With HYROX London coming up in December, this session is designed to help members build the fitness, conditioning and confidence needed to perform at their best on race day. HYROX Engine Builder is a high-energy, HYROX-inspired conditioning session focused on developing your aerobic capacity, muscular endurance and ability to keep moving efficiently when fatigue sets in. Expect a combination of running, functional movements and HYROX-style stations, designed to challenge your fitness while helping you understand how to manage your effort and pacing across a HYROX-style workout. Whether you're competing in HYROX for the first time or looking to improve your performance, this session will give you an opportunity to train with others, test yourself and build the engine you’ll need for December.
