Reach out to me directly for any clarification on this, I would love to have a conversation with you if you feel drawn to this event as a trans-woman. • What is Tantra? Tantra is an ancient spiritual practice that involves countless different practices and traditions. It fundamentally honours and celebrates the full-spectrum human experience, including our sensuality, shame, shadow, joy, happiness, light, and everything in-between. It’s the understanding that deep spiritual awakening and soul liberation comes from integrating all of these parts of us, to embrace, embody and balance the polarity between light and dark, the masculine and feminine (Shiva/Shakti), and by meeting life with love, compassion and honesty. Not by bypassing and rejecting the very things that make us who we are. Tantra is about love, devotion, intimacy and being fully present. We can't practice Tantra without opening our hearts. Getting vulnerable and letting each other in is the only way we can truly experience the life-changing gift of tantric connection. When we understand that everything is interconnected, and we dare to meet each other from this place of non-duality, we can begin to let go of the attachments to our identity and ego that creates deep suffering and separation from other human beings. Tantra is what happens when there is no goal to achieve, when expectation and pressure is replaced by loving presence and curiosity, and we switch from living in shameful rejection of who we are - to fully honouring the pleasure of being alive. In my Tantric workshops, I honour you: your realness, your boundaries, your being-ness, your fullness. Come as you are - the realer, the better. • The Workshop: This is a mostly clothed workshop where we explore gentle but very powerful Tantric exercises. We may explore some gentle self-touch and optional dressing down (if you wish to, totally based on your own desire). Regardless, the space can feel quite intimate depending on your level of experience, as we explore our bodies, sensuality and pleasure with ourselves and others. A foundation in personal development, spiritual growth and/or meditation is important, as sometimes challenging emotions can arise. As mentioned above, Tantra embraces the full spectrum of human experience, even the uncomfortable parts, so being able to be with these emotions matters. It's important to note that this is Tantra, not Therapy. This workshop is not suitable for those with unresolved trauma that needs attention, or for those that are not ready to challenge/explore beliefs around gender, sensuality and spirituality. All touch is optional, consensual, and clearly guided. • This is for you if: • You are longing for deep sisterhood and connection with other women. • You are comfortable with exploring touch, deep conversations and vulnerability with other women. • You want to explore Tantra & Sensuality in a loving, grounded, women-only container. • You are ready to open your heart, honestly meet yourself as you are, and own your experience. • You are ready to integrate parts of yourself you may have rejected in the past, and come home to your fullness. • You are ready to both give and receive. • You want to deepen your spiritual practice. • Here is an idea of what we will move through together: • Opening ceremony & ritual • Meditations • Tantric connection practices • Sharing circles • Heart-opening practices • Buddhist non-duality practice • Sensual movement & embodiment • Archetype expression • Release shame / embrace pleasure • Playfulness: creative, sensual group exercise • Meaningful, healing reflections and conversations • Ceremonial cacao ceremony • Ask & receive acts of service from other women • Closing circle *Lunch and Cacao will be provided. Please let me know your dietary restrictions when booking. What to bring: • Clothes that are comfortable for movement, but that also make you feel alive, juicy, and connected to your body! • Bring spare “spicy” clothing and make-up (for example lingerie, corsets, suspenders). Please bring some extra if you have, in case a sister needs to borrow! (This is optional). • Water bottle • Journal & pen • Light snack(s) for afterwards • An open, curious heart! • My Tantric Principles After 12 years of deep immersion in Tantra, Buddhist meditation, and Shamanic practices, I have held space for a rich spectrum of human experience - from deep shadow, suffering and pain, to blissful expansion, juicy sensuality, and powerful heart awakenings. I believe we need room for all of it. This is what I have learned to be true: • We need to get real in order to go deep. With how we feel, with who we are. Growth only begins where honesty does, and first, we need to get very honest with ourselves. • We can't grow unless we dare to “stretch” ourselves. Real transformation lives in the “edge” and the uncharted territory, not in what is familiar or safe. • We must surrender to something bigger than us. Ceremony and ritual are not decoration, they are the very structure that makes surrender possible. Through devotion, prayer and sacred practice, we build a container strong enough to hold whatever wants to move through us. And we trust that what unfolds within it is meant for us, regardless of what it brings. • Deep, conscious connection is only possible when we become courageous enough to stop hiding. Until we stop playing games, drop our masks and dare to be fully seen - in our rawness, our "flaws," our vulnerability. The human experience is far more shared than we tend to think: the insecurity you're hiding is most likely sitting in 99% of the room with you. When you bring it into the light, you give everyone else permission to do the same. • Real growth and community can only happen when we are able to lovingly witness, lovingly embrace, honestly mirror, and lovingly challenge each other. All four are equally as important, not just the parts that feel good. • Sacred, blissful, divine (in other words: mind-blowing) unity, love, connection and intimacy is very possible. This comes from first finally allowing ourselves to be who we already are, not changing who we are. It asks for our vulnerability, courage, love, and deep commitment - to ourselves, our practice, our partners, and our community. • A note on consent & safety: All practices are optional. You are always free to participate fully, observe, or step outside to tend to yourself. An intake form will be sent to all attendees. No form = no entry. • Return policy: 14-day return policy. No refunds after this. • About your facilitator: Ellinor Madeland is a Swedish-born, London-based facilitator specialising in Tantra, somatic awareness and conscious connection.
