NCT Watford Bumps and Babies

Volunteer-led sessions for new and expectant parents to meet, chat and let babies (and sometimes toddlers) explore and play. NCT Bumps & Babies play groups are a fun way to meet other local parents. Join other new parents for a chat and a have hot drink made for you by one of our volunteers. All welcome so do spread the word, you don't need to be an NCT member or to have attended antenatal classes with NCT. This month we will be joined by a speaker from Summit Chiropractic who will be talking about postpartum recovery — focusing on practical tips to support recovery, and common issues like hip pain, back pain, posture and everyday lifting/carrying with a newborn from a chiropractic perspective.
