Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by AnimeGirlsOnline or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law. • Tickets are subject to availability, and spaces are limited. • Tickets must be purchased through the official Eventbrite page. • Any membership discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively. • Discount codes are intended only for eligible members and must not be shared or used by anyone who does not qualify. • Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without permission from AnimeGirlsOnline. ⏰ Arrival & Attendance Doors open at 6:00 PM. We encourage all attendees to arrive promptly to enjoy the full experience. Late arrivals may miss scheduled activities, entertainment or dining experiences. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for activities missed due to late arrival, except where required by law. Please have your Eventbrite ticket or booking confirmation ready upon arrival.
