Stars: An Effervescent Evening of Sparkling Wines

Hosted wine tasting. Expand below for full details. Back due to popular demand we are hitting the fizz shelves again for a tasting celebration of sparkling wines! And what better time than party season – anything that bubbles is the ultimate party drink, and it is the sense of playfulness, lightness and zip that makes it such an essential companion to celebrations. There is a whole world of sparkling wine made in a host of different ways from rich, lees-aged grower Champagne and Cava to the darling of the natural wine scene, Pet Nat. Come and taste the stars with us, and you might pick up the perfect bottle for your Christmas Day toast! Our shop tastings start at 7.30pm and run for approximately one-and-a-half to two hours. We will taste 6-8 wines on a theme, and bread, cheese and charcuterie is provided to match with the wines. Due to the communal nature of the tasting, we are unable to cater for dietary requirements.
