We are Sundari, a collective of women on the search for a safe space to open their hearts, share their rawness, shine their inner beauty and create long-lasting meaningful friendships with fellow sisters. Sundari means 'beautiful woman' in Sanskrit and that's exactly how we hope you'll feel at the end of each of our community events, connected to your divine feminine and to a sisterhood of other beautiful women, whether new friends or old. About Katie Katie completed her 200-hour vinyasa-ashtanga teacher training in Bali in 2022, where pranayama, sound healing, chanting and ecstatic dance reshaped her own practice and way of life in London. She brought that back home and, in September 2023, began running corporate retreats for business founders – blending personal and brand growth with the grounded, no-nonsense style she honed whilst working in advertising communications. Katie also holds women's circles, dances and retreats for Sundari with co-founder Elissia. A classically trained singer-songwriter, trained in sound healing with Silence & Noise in 2023, attuned with L1 + L2 reiki with Pete Masella in 2024, and adding trauma-informed conscious connected breathwork to her portfolio in 2026, Katie weaves an array of modalities into each and every circle she holds, supporting the co-creation of magic that naturally unfolds when women sit together in ceremony.
