Labelled With Love - Wine Bottle Decorating

An evening of bottle decorating, queer conversation and exploring the labels we use, lose and make our own. Join Violet Hours and Be Wild Creative for a relaxed evening of creativity, conversation and connection. We’ll be decorating wine bottles while exploring the idea of labels. The ones we choose for ourselves, the ones other people give us, the ones that feel right, and the ones we might grow out of completely. There’s no pressure to share anything personal. Come for the craft, the company, the conversation, or all three. You will of course be able to take what you make home with you. Our co-hosts for the evening are Bea and Nat from Be Wild Creative, two creative best friends who met while working long hours in hospitality and have been making things happen together ever since. Bea is a teacher and artist, while Nat works in wellbeing and mental health with young people. They started Be Wild Creative through a shared love of creativity and a belief that everyone deserves time to switch off, have fun and do something just for themselves. Creating welcoming, inclusive spaces is really important to them, which makes them a lovely fit for Violet Hours. When they’re not creating, you’ll usually find them happiest at home, having a cosy night in and surrounded by their many animals. 🐾 No artistic ability required. Wonky, chaotic and wildly overdecorated bottles are very welcome.
