No experience needed—just an open heart and your partner by your side. What should I expect? Working with your partner and being guided in gentle practices to deepen your connection such as sharing what's on your heart & mind, breathwork, eye-gazing, and sensual touch*. *Please note: no nudity or genital touch. ⭐️Who is this for? This circle is for couples who are already in a relationship and would like to deepen their connection together. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly and welcome global majority, neurodivergent/neurospicy and people with disabilities. 🚙Where: The beautiful, warm and welcoming space of Silk House Therapy & Wellbeing, 45 Pickford Street, top floor (previously CIC room), next to Sports Direct with paid-for council parking. 🏡Access: The room is up 2 flights of stairs with no lift access.
