As part of our National Self Care Week celebrations, join us for a fun, energetic and beginner-friendly Northern Soul dance workshop. Led by professional instructors from Northern Soul Dance, you'll learn some classic moves, enjoy great music and experience the positive wellbeing benefits of dancing in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Perfect for adults looking to boost their wellbeing, meet others and celebrate self-care through movement and music. Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for dancing and don't forget to bring a drink to stay refreshed. Please note: This session is for adults only. No experience necessary – just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to dance!
