Sunday FUNNiES! Returns with even more cartoon art FUN on Sunday 27th September, folks! Sunday FUNNiES! Cartoon Art Club on Sunday 27th September, 11am-12.30pm Don’t miss out! Grab your tickets and join us around our creative table, where your child will be encouraged to think, experiment and create freely, with NO rules and ZERO restrictions. Cartoonist Marc Jackson will introduce children to the basics of creating characters, drawing comics and developing their own ideas, all in his engaging and accessible style. They can follow along with Marc, experiment with their own ideas or head off on completely creative tangents, because sometimes the best comics come from the ideas you never planned! The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming and, most importantly, fun. We want every child to feel comfortable picking up a felt pen, having a go and seeing where their imagination takes them, whatever their experience or ability. They’ll leave with plenty of new ideas, a sense of achievement and hopefully a real desire to keep creating, drawing and telling their own stories long after the workshop has finished! Parents/Adults: Feel free to stay and watch the fun. Or drop-off, and grab that coffee from the fantastic Flour Water Salt just downstairs.
