WiTCH Summit 2026: No More Horror Stories

Get in. Stay in. Change it. Thursday 29 October 2026 | 9am–5pmBT, Salford, Manchester | £25, including lunch Women aren't leaving tech and cyber because they can't do the job. They're leaving because of everything around it. Whether it's the exhaustion, the frustration or the feeling that you have to work twice as hard to be heard so many times, it raises the question: “Do I actually want to keep doing this?” We've heard enough horror stories. It's time to change the story. On 29 October, we're bringing 100 women together at BT in Salford for the first-ever WiTCH Summit, a full day built around something we care deeply about: Helping more women get into tech and cyber, stay there, and have the confidence and power skills to change it for the women coming next. This isn't another conference where we tell you women are underrepresented You know. We know. We'd rather spend the day doing something about it. We'll be talking about careers, confidence, leadership, power skills, navigating change, and what it actually takes to build an industry more women want to stay in. And because this is WiTCH, expect us to be a little more blunt about it than most. What you'll leave with Confidence to take up a little more space and make your next move Power skills you can actually use, not just hear someone talk about Contacts and connections with women across different levels, roles, and routes into the industry Career stories that show there isn't one correct way to build a career in tech or cyber Practical ideas for creating change, whether you lead a team, influence a workplace, or are just starting out A reminder that you aren't doing this alone. Most importantly, we want you to leave (or head out after drinks) feeling excited about what you could do next. On the day Across the summit, you'll hear from women with very different careers, experiences, and perspectives, including: Toni Ann GrantKatie NeevesIllyana Mullins, Founder of the Women in Tech and Cyber Hub With more speakers and sessions to be announced. The day will include a keynote, panels, smaller interactive workshops, career stories, built-in networking, and plenty of opportunities to have actual conversations with the people in the room. BT are our venue partner for the summit, welcoming us to their Salford home for the day. Tickets are £25 We've deliberately kept tickets at £25, including lunch, to make this room accessible. But we also know £25 isn't accessible to everyone. That's why you'll have the option to Pay It Forward and gift a ticket to another woman who might otherwise be unable to attend. Come and find your people. 100 women. One room. One day. Let's write some better stories.
