Samhain Sound Journey

Join me on 30 October for a deeply nourishing Samhain Sound Journey with alchemy crystal singing bowls 🍂 Samhain Sound Journey 🍂 Release • Rest • Retreat As the wheel of the year turns towards Samhain, nature begins to let go. The leaves fall, the days grow darker and we’re invited to slow down, turn inward and release what we no longer need to carry. Join me on 30 October for a deeply nourishing Samhain Sound Journey, created as a space to pause, soften and reconnect with yourself as we transition into the darker half of the year. We’ll begin with gentle somatic release, creating space to let go of tension and held energy within the body. This will lead into an immersive sound journey using alchemy crystal singing bowls, before moving into a period of deep, restorative rest. Samhain is a threshold - a time to honour endings, release what has been and prepare for a slower, more inward season. This is your invitation to stop striving and simply be. To release. To rest. To retreat. We will finish with tea and there will be an opportunity to gather around the fire-pit outside. Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows will be provided. Please bring anything else you need to feel warm and comfortable. A note on wellbeing Sound is not suitable for everyone. Certain medical conditions, pregnancy and some medications may be contraindications. If you have any health concerns or are unsure whether this experience is suitable for you, please check with your GP or healthcare professional before attending. This is a space for you to come exactly as you are - and to honour the transition into winter in your own way.
