This session is guided and held by Natalina, who has many years of experience facilitating meditation, sound healing, and ceremonial spaces. Her work is trauma-aware, heart-led, and rooted in creating a safe, grounded environment where you can simply soften, receive, and rest. 🌿 What to Expect • Gentle guided meditation to help you settle and feel supported • A soothing sound journey using a variety of instruments • Time to rest, integrate, and return feeling calmer and more balanced Mats are provided.
