Embodied Movement with Music

Embodied Movement with Music is an invitation to come home to yourself—to cultivate self-awareness, build self-trust, and reconnect with your innate confidence so you can move through life with greater freedom and ease. We begin with grounding breathwork and intention-setting, creating space to arrive fully in the present moment. From there, we'll move into free movement, dance, and community connection, guided by a carefully curated playlist designed to support an inward journey—quietening the mind, reconnecting with the body, noticing what feels good, and discovering your own unique flow. Together, we'll explore how music and movement can nourish the mind, body, and spirit, while deepening our connection to ourselves. There are no steps to learn, no choreography to follow, and no experience required. There is no way to do it wrong. The way you know you're doing it right is simple: it feels right for you. Please bring: • A water bottle • A yoga mat if you wish to use your own, otherwise Vicky can provide one • A cushion or blanket if you'd like extra comfort when sitting or lying on your mat • Chairs are available for anyone who would prefer to remain seated or would like additional support.
