A powerful day of self-discovery and personal change. Understand where you are, decide where you want to go and start moving forward. What direction is your life heading in… and is it the direction you actually want to go? DIRECTIONS is a full-day personal development experience created to give you something most of us rarely give ourselves — the time and space to properly look at our lives. Where are you now? What's working, what's not, and what might be holding you back? More importantly, where do you want to go from here? Throughout the day we'll explore the different areas of life that keep us grounded, how our beliefs and patterns influence the choices we make, the importance of purpose and direction, and how small changes made consistently can completely change where we eventually end up. This isn't about pretending everything is positive or that changing your life is easy. It's about understanding yourself better, taking ownership of the things you can control and leaving with practical tools you can actually use long after the day is over. There'll be honest conversation, lived experience, practical exercises, plenty of interaction and, hopefully, a few laughs along the way. You don't need to have everything figured out. Sometimes you just need to stop, take stock and choose a new direction. There's always a better day.
