Wildly Yours - A Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey

A special journey to meet, hold & reunite with the little girl within. Come home to your inner child & reignite what is wildly yours! There is a little girl inside of you who feels a type of way. And it’s time to let her speak. To meet her, hear her and hold how she really feels. She is the part of you that wants to live, to play, explore, create, be seen, be loved and be free. She holds the key 🔑 to the next chapter of your life. But she is also the part that reveals the things you needed and longed for but didn’t get. Or the parts of yourself you may have learnt to quieten, hide or reject & abandon to feel safe. She’s been holding alot for you for a long time, and for a lot of us she’s been kept in the dark. Wildly Yours is an invitation to create a deeper sense of internal safety for your inner child. To become curious about who she is, what she feels, needs and, most importantly, what she is calling you towards now. I will be guiding you through meditation, conscious connected breathwork, grounding, reflection and creative expression. With the intention to create space to listen to the little girl inside and begin to build a new relationship with her. A relationship rooted in curiosity, compassion, openness and understanding. So come along and come home to your inner child and reignite what has always been wildly yours 🧡 Contraindications & Important Information Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful breathing practice which can create intense physical, emotional and psychological effects.
