Embodied Yoga Flow

In this class there will be guided movement and meditation focused on connecting body and breath, and underpinned by yogic philosophy. My style of practice focuses on inclusivity and providing you with agency to move in a way and pace that feels right for you, whilst still maintaining a guided framework of suggestions and invitations. Whether you're new to yoga or you practice regularly, the invitation is for you to come as you are to flow together in a relaxed and welcoming space. A usual class will involve some guided meditation, guided flow through asanas (shapes) and restorative shapes. All of my classes can be adapted to disabilities, injuries and the needs in the room so please do email me if you have any questions or would like to chat ahead of practice: [email protected] or via Instagram @evelaurenyoga
