Move freely, release, connect with others Hi I'm Victoria, and I am bringing you back a soulful party in Milton Keynes, Downs Barn, a beautiful venue and a sanctuary of movement, sound, and soul connections. On the next Full Moon lets get together in this beautiful space to move without judgment and connect without masks to celebrate our abundance. Dancing is a form of healing what a day to shower yourself in conscious love and connections ♥️😱 We will dance barefoot with no phones and no talking 🥳 ❤️ Your Journey Schedule Welcome & Grounding We begin by forming our circle to arrive fully in the space with a short grounding ritual to drop into the heart. Conscious Breathwork and warm up Experience collective consciousness through breathing, somatic moves and connections. The Sound Bath Lying down in total stillness, you will be bathed in the healing frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls. This is a "sonic massage" designed to vibrate through every cell of your body, bringing you into a state of deep peace. Cacao & Connections We conclude by sharing ceremonial grade cacao - a gentle heart opener. This time we celebrate and invite even more abundance! Fire Pit where we will do our mini Full Moon ceremony to release what no longer serves us (subject to weather) Dance Medicine An immersive, ecstatic dance journey. No steps, no rules. Let the rhythm be your medicine . Release, sweat, and find your freedom. 🕊️ Event Details • Where: Cross and Stable Church, Downs Barn, Milton Keynes • When: Saturday, 24th October, 19:00 (Door open 18:45pm, no entry after 19:15pm) • What to bring: A yoga mat and blanket (essential for the sound bath), a water bottle, and your vibrant self.
