Through sound and intentional rest, reconnect to your inner light. Join the solara flow community for October's ground + glow sound bath in Bicester- a space to rest and reset. A gentle mid-week reminder to prioritise you. An hour for yourself amongst the never-ending to do lists and external noise. Solara flow with iz invites you to experience a sound bath and guided meditation at Southwold Primary School, Bicester. You'll be guided into stillness, creating space to step away from the busyness of life, softening the body and quietening the mind. Whether you’re completely new to sound baths or already enjoy sound therapy, this session is open to everyone. There’s no experience needed - simply come as you are. What to expect: 🍂 A grounding guided meditation to begin 🍂 Space to set a personal intention 🍂 A relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls & other instruments 🍂 Time to rest, breathe and be present What to bring: 🧡 A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (chairs can be provided, please contact me prior to check) 🧡 A blanket or extra layers 🧡 A pillow or bolster 🧡 An eye mask (optional) Good to know: 🌀 Please arrive from 6:50pm to give yourself time to settle in and get comfortable. Entrance is through the main reception of the school 🌀 No prior sound therapy experience is required- simply come as you are 🌀 Limited spaces may be available to pay on the door.
