When was the last time you gave yourself an entire afternoon to simply be? Join Your Sacred Rising & Allessandro for three beautiful hours dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting and immersing yourself in an experience of ritual, energy, sound and stillness. 🤎 CACAO CEREMONY We’ll begin with a beautiful ceremonial cacao ritual, creating a welcoming space to step away from the busyness of everyday life. An opportunity to become present, set an intention and connect with yourself before the afternoon unfolds. ✨ KUNDALINI ACTIVATION Guided by Allessandro, Kundalini Activation Facilitator, you’ll be invited into an immersive, energy-based experience designed to encourage deep relaxation and inner connection. During the session, you’ll simply lie down, close your eyes and relax as music and guided energetic practices create space for self-discovery. Every experience is unique. Some people may experience warmth, tingling, emotional release, gentle spontaneous movements or a trance-like meditative state. Others may experience profound stillness, peace or simply deep relaxation. There is nothing to achieve, nothing to force and no particular way you need to experience it. Just an invitation to let go and allow. 🎶 DEEPLY RELAXING SOUNDBATH Following Kundalini Activation, it’s time to completely unwind. Lie back, get cosy beneath your blanket and allow yourself to be immersed in the beautiful sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and gentle chimes. A peaceful journey through sound, offering space for rest, stillness and integration. No effort. No expectations. Nothing you need to do. Just time for yourself. 🌸 GUIDED MEDITATION & INTEGRATION You’ll also be guided through a gentle meditation, allowing time for quiet reflection and connection. We’ll complete the afternoon with an integration circle, offering the opportunity to share your experience if you wish, or simply listen and be present. Enjoy herbal teas and homemade cake in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. 💎 A PERSONAL GIFT TO TAKE HOME Before you leave, you’ll each receive a crystal and an oracle card from us. A little something chosen with care, just for you. Perhaps the message will resonate, offer a moment of reflection or simply serve as a lovely reminder of our afternoon together. ⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE ATTENDING KUNDALINI ACTIVATION – IMPORTANT GUIDELINES & PRECAUTIONS To help you prepare for your Kundalini Activation experience and ensure a comfortable and supportive environment, please read the following information carefully. ✨ Before the session: Please avoid eating a heavy meal for at least 2 hours before the session.
