Instead, it is a safe, judgment-free space to use simple creative prompts to process life, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. Absolutely zero artistic skill or experience is required, just an interest and openness towards using art for wellbeing. A safe environment to express yourself without judgment. Most materials provided; you'll need to provide your own journal if you're not able to come to the journal-making social.
