Movement meditation and grounding workshop

Join us for a joyful morning of movement, meditation, connection and relaxation This uplifting practice invites you to explore the connection between body, mind and emotions through a playful blend of movement and meditation practices. It is designed to help you feel more grounded, embodied and at ease. No experience with meditation or movement is needed, just bring your curiosity and an open mind. What to bring: • Clothes you can move comfortably in • A bottle of water • Optional: a blanket or yoga mat if you would like to sit at any point Most of the practice will take place standing, but you are welcome to move in whatever way feels good for you. Entry and donations This event is offered on a pay-what-you-feel basis. You are invited to contribute whatever feels right for you. Your donation supports the facilitator, pays for venue hire, and helps to keep these events accessible to others. Location and parking Silver Road Community Centre, NR3 4TB Parking options: Free parking spaces are available for users of the Silver Road Community Centre. Coming from Barrack Street onto Silver Road, drive up the road, just past the crossing on the right there is an archway, drive through that and to the back of the car park. The QD spots are available to us.
