Still Sundays: Sound Bath & Meditation at The Still Room

You will be led through breath work, guided meditation and an immersive sound bath using a range of instruments to support rest and reflection. About the facilitator The session is led by an experienced facilitator working with sound, meditation, and intuitive practice, holding a calm and supportive space for each participant to rest and reconnect. What to expect • Guided meditation, breath and settling practices • Extended sound experience • Calm, considered studio environment There is space given at the end to rest, with time to gather together for reflection and a warm drink before leaving. Details Gentle arrivals and welcome from 2.30 pm and we close at 5.00pm with time to reflect. What to bring • Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on • Blankets and layers • Cushion for comfort • Eye mask (optional) Health and suitability By attending, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own health, comfort, and wellbeing.
