A movement and mindfulness workshop exploring intuitive movement, connection and self-expression. MOVEMENT 1 is an invitation to reconnect with the body and listen to what wants to move through us. We’ll be using movement as a way to express our sense of self, and looking at how we can remain fully ourselves while moving alongside others and playing our part within a wider community. The intention of our practice will be to release what is old and leave behind what is light. To shake loose what’s stuck and make space for creative energy to flow. Come as you are, leave a little lighter and clearer. We will be in Studio 3 at The Garage. There'll be someone at the front desk to help you find your way, should you need it. Dress code: casual and comfortable See you there :-)
