A space for dropping slowly into the heart and allowing it to be heard… Welcome to HEART WHISPERS A space for dropping slowly into the heart and allowing it to be heard… I like to describe my sound sessions as a full body, relaxing, deep sigh. We go slow and gentle, grounding to allow the body time to settle before we go on our journey together. My sessions are not about shocking the nervous system…to go deep I believe we need to take our time, ease in gently, for sessions to have an impact during and long after the session ends. I know sometimes less is more with sound, I know time and space are needed for us to notice what’s coming through and for integration. Personalised each time we meet, I tune into the energy of the room and see where my sound weaving needs to go to best support us, creating a space to enable you to listen to what you need. I personally call them heart whispers...the intuitive nudges...the body relaxing and allowing anxious thoughts to settle so the heart voice can be heard...the space held to allow sparks of inspiration to come through. Continuing to work mainly with crystal singing bowls and accompanying instruments such as chimes my dark moon gong will be making an appearance in some future sessions (I will highlight on sessions so you are aware for those looking purely for the magic of the crystal singing bowls). These sessions are for you if you’re looking for: A space to listen to what your heart is whispering A space to remove the armour we build up around us A space to completely and utterly soften What to expect... On arrival, you’ll get yourself nice and cosy, ready to be bathed in the sound of the crystal signing bowls. You’ll be treated to a short, guided mediation to help you relax down and get ready to experience the sound of the bowls. There’s nothing for you to do but relax, drift and enjoy the soothing sounds. I work mainly with quartz crystal singing bowls and chimes and my intention for these sessions is to create calm & grounding. As the session ends, you’ll be guided back slowly and gently into the room, ready to head into a relaxing evening. What to wear and bring... Yoga mats and a selection of bolsters, cushions and blankets will be available to use but please feel free to bring your own or any other pillows and eyemasks etc…if you would prefer. Bring water and wear layers, dress warm in comfortable clothing. You’ll be in stillness during the session and sometimes our body temperature can lower when we enter a relaxed/ healing state. Some of the benefits of sound baths include: · Helping to reduce stress and anxiety · Promoting better sleep and relaxation · Helping to balance our internal systems and hormones, working with the energy centres within the body and supporting the flow of energy Health Conditions / Session Waiver I do not recommend my sound baths if: · You have a pacemaker or metal object in any major organs · Suffer from any hearing conditions, caution is urged with Tinnitus · Have PTSD · Epilepsy or a history of seizures · Within the first trimester of pregnancy By booking onto this event, you are confirming that none of the above applies to you. Please note the event will start at 7:30pm and end at 8:30pm. Studio doors will be locked during the session and unfortunately late admission is not allowed as it will disrupt the flow of the event and experience for others.
