First Aid for Babies and Young Children

First Aid for Babies and Young Children A 2 hour course for parents and carers of babies and young children, delivered by experienced first aid trainer Paul. The course will use a variety of presentation, demonstration and hands on practical work to equip you to deal with a range of emergency situations including unresponsive babies & children, bangs to the head, CPR, febrile seizures, choking, burns & scalds, and meningitis & sepsis. Non-walking babies welcome. Feeding, changing, soothing babies during the session is not a problem at all. A £15 contribution for this course is suggested.* We run this course every two months. We would love to accommodate families from a further afield but unfortunately we do not always have capacity.
