Rather than simply telling you to "say no more", this session will help you understand what's happening underneath your automatic responses, so you can start making more conscious choices about how you respond. In this session, you'll: • Identify who and what you find hardest to set boundaries with • Explore what's really behind the guilt, fear or discomfort • Choose one boundary you're ready to strengthen • Create a practical next step for holding that boundary • Learn how to pause and choose your response rather than automatically reverting to old patterns This isn't about becoming harder, more selfish or saying no to everything.
