Punjabi Health Class - Reading

This class is targetted for the south asian community. My experience can help you improve your health, fitness and overall wellbieng. I will be speaking in Punabi, Hindi and Enlgish to help everyone understand the principles of healthy living. What to expect: 1. Find likeminded punjabi people who want to transform their health 2. Push your physical and mental boundaries 3. Barefoot functional and strength exercises 4. Breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises 5. Physical and mental Health discussions What to bring: 1. Comfortable clothing for exercise 2. Yoga mat or any mat to sit on 3. Water bottle 4. A dumbbell or kettlebell you’re comfortable with (don't worry if you dont have one) Schedule: 11 am: Welcome talk, drinks and warm up 12 pm: Activity - Exercise 1 pm: Activity - QnA and Warm down
