Infrared Yin & Sound Healing: Autumn's Season of Letting Go

Join us for a workshop inspired by Cold Dew, the Chinese solar term marking the deepening of autumn and transition towards a quieter winter. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, autumn is associated with the Metal element, inviting us to slow down, release what no longer serves us, and create space for rest, clarity, and renewal. As the days grow shorter and nature begins to let go, this is an opportunity to do the same - turning inward and reconnecting with yourself. You'll be guided through 90 minutes of infrared yin yoga, using the gentle warmth of the infrared mats to encourage deep release, soften connective tissue and support profound relaxation. The practice will weave together long-held yin postures, gentle pranayama, poetry, and quiet reflection, offering space to pause, breathe and embrace the season's invitation to let go. The workshop will conclude with a 30-minute sound healing, allowing the body and mind to settle into a deeply restorative state. Leave feeling grounded, lighter, and ready to move through autumn with greater ease and balance.
