Motherhood Circle

Do you crave a gentle grounding space for reflection, community and support in early motherhood? Motherhood can bring up a lot for each woman, often leaving us disorientated and overwhelmed. Our society doesn't offer many spaces to honestly share and process these experiences. By coming together with other women and their babies in circle, you will find connection, reflection, support and collective care. Circle allows women to feel truly seen, without being given advice or feeling like they need to be 'fixed'. The intention of these circles is to be gentle, grounding, and supportive, allowing you to rest, pause and simply be without agenda. There is no expectation of you. There is no pressure for you or your baby to show up perfectly, only an invitation to come as you are. You can be nourished by being in community with other mothers or you can simply rest and recharge, connecting with yourself and your baby. Motherhood can be so many emotions all at once- joy, rage, confusion, exhaustion, love, grief- this circle will hold them all. All of you is welcome here. I am Harriet, midwife, mother and women's circle facilitator. I am hosting this circle in my home studio space in Wantage and will send details of this once you have booked. I will be keeping the numbers small and for babies that are not on the move quite yet, to ensure the circle feels comfortable!
