The Shortest Day Brings The Longest Lasting Gifts There is a reason why almost every ancient culture stopped to mark this day. The winter solstice resides at the hinge point of the year, the moment the dark reaches its fullest, and the light begins, almost imperceptibly, to return. Threshold is a one-day retreat built around preparing for that exact moment of turning. Welcoming the new beginings and renewed energy that follows. Not a performance of wellness, not an escape from your life, but a deliberate pause at the edge of the old year, so you can consciously filter and direct what you carry into the new one. You don't need to believe in anything to feel what solstice does to you. On this day, Nine stages to honour the nine cycles before spring. One solstice. One you. One Threshold.
