Autumn Mini-Retreat: A Cosy Day at Poole Farm - Yoga, Forest Bathing, Craft

We'll start our day in the beautiful Beaver Lookout for Yoga with Martha followed by peaceful rest and reflection through journalling with Autumn-themed prompts. Sidney will lead a gentle mindful nature walk through the woodland including an opportunity to practice silent forest bathing and reflect on our experience. An autumnal 'crafternoon' of creativity will follow in which you'll be encouraged to use art for relaxation rather than seeking perfection. A mini nature-themed library will be available all day for anyone seeking an introverted moment of peace and quiet with a good book. A friendly, welcoming group awaits you, whether you've attended Sidney or Martha's workshops before, or not. Everybody welcome! Come solo, or bring your friends! A cosy day of rest and re-connection could be just what you need. £40 all day ticket including hot drinks & snacks. All craft materials and a yoga mat provided. Compost toilet on site.
